1. Service Description

Nexus provides Tor-only escrow marketplace facilitating anonymous vendor-buyer transactions through PGP-secured communication and multisig escrow.

2. User Eligibility

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Nexus prohibits:

• Illegal goods/services transactions
• Scams/fraud of any kind
• Harassment/threats
• Account sharing/selling
• OPSEC violations endangering platform

3. Escrow Terms

All transactions use 3-of-5 multisig escrow. Nexus acts as neutral third party holding funds until conditions met or dispute resolved.

• Buyer confirmation → immediate release
• Dispute → arbitration within 72h
• Timer expiry → vendor release (24h-7d)
• No chargebacks/refunds post-release

4. Vendor Requirements

Vendors must maintain 95%+ fulfillment rate or face listing suspension:

• PGP verification mandatory
• 90-day probation period
• Zero unresolved disputes
• Accurate shipping times
• Product quality compliance

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved by Nexus arbitration team based on:

• PGP-signed communication logs
• Shipping/tracking proofs
• Escrow transaction records
• Vendor fulfillment history

Arbitration decisions final. No appeals.
