Privacy Policy

1. No Personal Data Collection

Nexus marketplace collects zero personally identifiable information (PII). No emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, names, or documents are stored or logged.

• No accounts - anonymous PGP-based communication only
• No KYC - no identity verification required
• No logs - Tor traffic not recorded or analyzed
• No metadata - transaction details encrypted end-to-end

2. Tor Network Anonymity

All access occurs exclusively through Tor v3 onion services. Nexus operators cannot see visitor IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or connection metadata.

3. PGP Message Encryption

All vendor-buyer communication uses 4096-bit PGP encryption. Nexus platform cannot decrypt or access message contents. Private keys never stored.

4. Escrow & Transaction Data

Transaction details (order ID, amount, PGP signatures) stored in encrypted form only. Escrow multisig addresses generated per-order. No wallet linking or chain analysis.

• Monero (XMR) transactions - full privacy by design
• Bitcoin (BTC) - CoinJoin minimum, no address reuse
• 3-of-5 multisig escrow - no single point failure

Escrow dispute records retained for 90 days post-resolution, then cryptographically erased. No backups or archives maintained.
